1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Filoosy's website and payment gateway services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. About Filoosy

Filoosy Information Technology is a licensed payment service provider registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain (CR No. 111367-08) and operating under the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB). We provide secure, reliable, and innovative payment processing solutions for businesses across the GCC region.

3. Services

Filoosy provides the following services:

• E-payment gateway services for online merchants
• Payment processing for cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, MADA, Benefit)
• Payment plugins for e-commerce platforms
• API integration for custom payment solutions
• Support packages for integration assistance

4. Merchant Obligations

Merchants using Filoosy agree to:

• Provide accurate business and identity information
• Comply with all applicable laws and CBB regulations
• Not use Filoosy for illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited transactions
• Maintain the security of their API credentials
• Display accurate product/service information to their customers

5. Prohibited Activities

Filoosy services may not be used for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Gambling or adult content services (unless specifically licensed)
• Sale of counterfeit or illegal goods
• Any activity violating Bahraini law or CBB regulations

6. Fees and Payments

• Fees are as agreed in your merchant agreement
• Filoosy reserves the right to update fees with 15 days' written notice
• Chargebacks and refunds are handled per CBB guidelines

7. Liability

Filoosy's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable transaction. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Filoosy is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from merchant negligence.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Filoosy, its officers, directors, and agents against all claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Filoosy may terminate immediately in cases of fraud, regulatory breach, or material violation of these terms. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations shall remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

11. Changes to Terms

Filoosy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes via email or website notice.
